Bacteria require micronutrients to produce biogas. If the substrate, which is fed into the digester, does not contain sufficient micronutrients the process becomes unstable. We supply micronutrients (essential trace elements) for your biogas plant!

Micronutrients are the central atoms in the enzymes that must form the methane bacteria. The use of micronutrients makes the biogas process more stable, achieves higher room loads and increases the biogas yield.

We supply micronutrients with the highest bioavailability. As a matter of fact, only small amounts of our product will show a noteworthy increase in your biogas quality.

Our product comes in a liquid form filled in 10-litre containers. In general, we recommend a daily dose of 0.8 litres per MW and day. The dose for the first application is higher to reach sufficient micronutrient concentration in the digester. Bacteria can use our micronutrients are almost entirely, hence the small dosage.

Effects happen almost immediately and can be observed over the following days.
